I don't mesh them. They both have totally different body language. What I will say is that Capoiera Angola has caused me to pay more attention to my footwork when doing 52 and 52 has caused me to pay more attention to my hands during Capoiera Angola

Now 20 years ago - my reaction to an enemy in life was quite raw.... A "Drop the Atom Bomb" Mentality!
All praises to the Creator - I have grown in patience as well as age.... Now that doesn't mean that I might not make a mistake, while I am taking my deep breath to calm down and throw my hands in the air and accidently hit the lamp on the table which will fall on that red button.... Boom!! LOL
