Starting over
I'll start this again just to keep myself honest about how much I'm really training. I've been going to a few BJJ and Capoiera classes, been practicing other things at home. Just got back from the Capoiera class I'm pretty rusty and the Roda was intense; caught one in the face. I guess I should have done a negativa.

Continuing training
I travel a lot, so my training is hit or miss at best. I decided that I was going to start making time for me when I'm on the road. Along those lines I attended a JKD class (Purple Dragons studio) here in Detroit yesterday, as usual I was the only Black person in the class which I really never mind. The Sifu's mother had just passed away that very day, and he was still at class teaching. That taught me a little about dedication.
