AFRIKAN MARTIAL ARTS and SCIENCES

MARTIAL ARTS & SCIENCES OF AFRIKA & THE DIASPORA!

Greetings!!!

Several years ago during my initial entry of learning about our ancestral arts, I remembered hearing about a kemetic fighting style on one of the local cable access channels that I believed was still practiced today by members of the Nuwabian Nation. The style was called (I believe) Ashat Ahad. I have tried to find some additional information on it, but to no avail. Is there anyone out there that can point mt in the right direction? Maybe I misspelled it, or my recollections were wrong as far as the practitioners were concerned. Since this was several years ago, and I have since relocated, I haven't been able to gain access to the show's producer(s). Any other suggestions?
