AFRIKAN MARTIAL ARTS and SCIENCES

MARTIAL ARTS & SCIENCES OF AFRIKA & THE DIASPORA!

Dr. Germon "Askari" Miller

Should Martial Arts Schools Or Programs Adjust Their Techniques For Urban application for Women?

The Askari Partrol - The AKERU 2009 Book Signing Tour

With all praises to the Creator and the Ancestors - I am humbled to announce that my manuscript is now published and available!

In between these pages are 30 years of actual application and implementation of Afrikan Discipline Sciences in my daily life as an Adult. This is not a training manual and does not contain hand to hand combat techniques or theory. What it does contain are actual situations where my knowledge of the culture, traditions and fighting techniques of AFrika are the reason that I am alive today. Raw and to the point in every aspect of my interaction with individuals who needed a quick course in "Behavior Modification 101"!

I am the first and the only woman recognized as a Grandmaster around the world in the AFrikan systems. I was compelled to share my journey in self preservation and expose those "pitfalls" that entrap women in the field of martial arts and self-defense classes. It takes more than a punch or a kick for a woman to survive in the 21st Century.

I have posted the manuscript cover in the picture section. I have also started a program review and self preservation training video series on You Tube and my handle is: empress2askari.

During my book signing tour over the next 4 months I will be "visiting" martial arts schools and reviewing womens programs and sharing the findings each week. Simply put... The "Askari Patrol" is watching! LOL

Peace
Askari
