AFRIKAN MARTIAL ARTS and SCIENCES

MARTIAL ARTS & SCIENCES OF AFRIKA & THE DIASPORA!

I like this clip Baba. In fact this is one of best responses to a two-handed choke that I've seen.

This is a technique that integrates well with other modalities. Slipping off of a punch and coming in with that take down could also be effective (if well timed and well executed).

Asante (thanks).

Me and my son had a great work out today to videos 3 and 6. What are your video plans for the future? When's your DVD going to be released?

We will begin posting videos again soon.
We are working on two DVDs right now. One is a traditional Afrikan martial arts video. The other is a women's self-defense video.

Also, we plan to begin an online course in partnership with Abibitumi Kasa / Afrikan Liberation Institute next month.

Adupe (We thank you) for your inquiry, Bro. Kamau.
